This is a sweepstakes coupon from AIM toothpaste. I guess if you sent 2 proof-of-purchases and filled out this form you could “spend a day with the A-Team.” This probably came from a whole packet that was part of a display at a grocery store in the 80s. It has some great art work, and since it was a throw away item it is probably pretty rare. If you know the person, or ARE the person who won this contest let us know!
